My Bio: Running on roads and trail running has changed my perspective on life.

Road and Trail Running has transformed my life. From being confined to travelling the world and trail Running seven years later, I never thought I would see many beautiful places and meet many inspirational people.

As a young man, focusing on the materialistic objects in life means nothing is easy. What means the most is creating memories with friends, family and your loved ones. These are essential things in life, and you will remember them forever.

Many of us are placed within a box in society, with limitations that diminish and belittle us. Road and Trail Running allow me to overcome these limitations. It allows me to dig deep and prove that nothing is impossible.

Growing up in care since the age of three months old, as I got older, I found myself mixing with the wrong crowds and getting into trouble with the law; these were all necessary occasions on my journey. They taught me so much about myself! When going through tough times, understand that tough times will never last!

I run for every single person in care. I run to show them what is possible in their life. You are not and never will be, a product of the system. You can learn to overcome that. It will be challenging, but it can be done.
